This past weekend, our team hit the mats at the Kaohsiung BJJ & MMA competition, facing off against tough opponents in a series of hard-fought matches. We had our share of victories and setbacks, but every step of the way, our athletes showed resilience, determination, and—most importantly—respect for the game.
Win or lose, I was proud to see our team uphold the values of good sportsmanship, always taking the time to thank their opponents after each match. As a coach, their effort and dedication continue to inspire me, pushing me to be better and grow alongside them.
Events like these remind me why I love this sport and this community. Jiu-jitsu is a journey we take together, and as I always say, “You can’t do Jiu-jitsu by yourself!”
